It felt good to be out of the rain…

I got home from running a couple of jobs in the heat of the day and wondered where all the Hobo Kitties were hiding. Looking into the shadows of the garage led me to find two of them cuddled up on top of a cardboard box. They remained that way long enough for me to run inside and grab the camera.

The slender female black kitten is named Lightning. The dark tortoise shell colored female, twin sister to Puddin’ Head, is the only Hobo Kitten we haven’t been able to come up with a name so, temporarily we hung it with “Cat with No Name”.

Dewey Bunnell, who wrote the song, A Horse With No Name, made popular by the group America, might not be thrilled to have a Hobo Kitty hung with such a famous…; what do you call it since it really isn’t a name? At least these little fur balls have a nice dry place to get out of the rain, or heat. As the months push on by they will be glad to have a warm place; it’s tough being a Hobo Kitty around the Stern’s house.

Rachel, They are so cute we are taking them in to get fixed this next week; Tom cats think they are starting to get cuter by the day.

Oh yeah, what with the free room and board, treats and what not, it's a real struggle for them over on Stern street. :)
